1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Transport For Flamingo web panel ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Transport For Flamingo provides a web-based panel for managing railway operations, accessing VIP servers, viewing operational scenarios, and interacting with the Transport For Flamingo Discord server community. The Service requires authentication through Discord OAuth or Roblox authentication.

3. Eligibility and Account Requirements

To use our Service, you must:

Be at least 13 years of age
Be a member of the Transport For Flamingo Discord server (for Discord OAuth users)
Have a valid Discord or Roblox account
Provide accurate and complete information during registration
Maintain the security of your account credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe upon the rights of others
Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
Share your account credentials with others
Use automated systems or bots to access the Service without authorization
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
Impersonate any person or entity
Collect or harvest information about other users
Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

5. Account Security

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Ensuring that you log out from your account at the end of each session

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that show signs of unauthorized access or misuse.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Transport For Flamingo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Service without prior written consent.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant the licenses granted in this section and that your content does not violate any third-party rights.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Account sharing or transferring accounts to other users
Using multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
Attempting to reverse engineer or decompile the Service
Using the Service to harass, abuse, or harm other users
Posting false, misleading, or defamatory content
Violating any Discord or Roblox Terms of Service

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain the Service's availability, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. We may experience downtime due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or by discontinuing use of the Service.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

12. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL TRANSPORT FOR FLAMINGO, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Transport For Flamingo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation, reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms of Service.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
